Custom Enterprise Application | Java Spring Boot + Angular
Overview
We partnered with a large enterprise client in the telecom space to build a confidential internal tool designed to streamline their quoting, invoicing, and billing processes. While the platform remains private under NDA, our role was to architect and develop a full-fledged internal system from scratch that could replace legacy manual workflows with a real-time, web-based solution.
The Problem
Prior to our involvement, quoting and billing were fragmented across spreadsheets and disconnected systems. The client needed a centralized platform to:
- Generate customer quotes quickly
- Automate invoice creation and tracking
- Visualize billing analytics and revenue trends
- Enforce role-based access for different teams
This wasn’t just a dashboard—it needed to support complex business rules, high data throughput, and be secure, fast, and reliable for daily use by internal staff.
Our Solution
Full Stack Development
We built the tool from the ground up using a Java Spring Boot backend and a modular Angular 2.0 frontend. This stack gave us the scalability and flexibility required for evolving enterprise needs.

Solving Access Control at Scale
One of the more complex aspects was implementing RBAC for different teams across departments. Instead of building it from scratch, we integrated a third-party role and permission system, customizing it to support nested permissions and varying workflows. This saved time while ensuring maintainability.
